Hahndorf Venison is a specialist venison processor and offer a wide range of fresh cuts, raw smallgoods and a variety of "ready to eat" smallgoods. At Hahndorf Venison we also process veal Prime Kid and Capretto.
Raw smallgoods include sausages, kofta and burgers.

Our strict "on farm" animal health is monitored daily. We know the health status of our deer long before processing selection! Only healthy animals will pass the carcass assessment undertaken by Government compliance audited third party qualified meat inspection prior to approval for human consumption.
We further process, pack, store and deliver from our premises under a Government compliance audited Quality Assurance Program. Our product is traceable to its source.
