Marinated Feta, infused with mustard seed and garlic

Marinated feta is a firm, light and creamy cow's milk feta transfered from the brine into a marinade, and mixed with either chilli or mustard seeds. Chefs on the Fleurieu Peninsula use it in salad, or to stuff meat or for an antipasto.
