Description
Wursthaus air dried salamis are hand made with great care and skill using the finest Tasmanian pork, beef and venison available. The quality of the salami is not compromised by taking short cuts or using imported meat. As with all Wursthaus products we only use Australian pork. Our butchers carefully trim the cuts of meat of all sinew to provide that melt in your mouth texture that they are famous for. The range of salamis are available as whole units, knobs or in the 100g sliced packs. Because our salamis are made using a traditional dry fermented method, they are very safe to eat and have an excellent shelf life.Varieties include Lanjager, Hungarian, Pepperoni, Mettwurst, and the spectacular Finochiona.
